The truth is- wireless, cellular, broadband/ cell technology isn't simple stuff. Because page plus is basically offering someone else's product (VERIZON WIRELESS) but is NOT Verizon, many questions are raised that they can't answer and frankly no one in the company might ever be able to, because it's one only Verzon knows and doesn't share publicly or with Page Plus.
Sometimes phones are difficult to get activated correctly... No matter what happens- I don't care if a hand comes out of your phone and pulls your hair- Page Plus isn't going to give you any free minutes, reverse anything or throw you any perks- if you don't want their service, they'll be happy to give your number to the next caller in line who does.
Go ahead and expect this over the phone, and I say this only because you can save Boucoups of money by choosing Page Plus, but use your local retailer for service, I promise! It's not like the other carriers where you find a better deal online- we already give the online prices in the store!
